So, my house had a sudden water leak. I was referred to Intensa Dry by a remodeling company I work with. Elnard and his team were professional, thorough, and explained every step. They worked directly with my insurance and made sure my home was completely dry and safe. They also took care of resting everything to the best extent.

The Intensa Dry team was professional, kind, extremely capable, and they each did an excellent job helping us when our pipe burst. They were extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and they showed up within an hour to the Arlington area to help us with our emergency to immediately begin mitigation of the damage. They helped us improve our home during the restoration process. We were pleasantly satisfied during what was an extremely stressful time for us. We especially appreciated John and Ruben for their exceptional skills, as well as Eric for his communication and assistance!
